Nama ku Nur Suhaiza Bt Mohd Zin 
Anak tunggal,ada adik beradik tapi berlainan ibu.
Tinggal bersama makcik yang bernama Rosmah Bt Abu Samah.
Dia menjaga aku setelah  kematian ibu semasa aku berumur 3 tahun.
Dia menjaga segala kebajikan aku dengan baik.
Aku sangat menghargai dan menyayangi dia yang aku panggil ANDAK.
